War of Independence Paragraph for Hsc
Our country has the name Bangladesh. Its previous name was East Pakistan. We were part of Pakistan before then. They subjugated us in several ways. Our rights were not provided by them. The savage Pakistani army attacked our motherland on March 25, 1971. They triggered multiple injuries and thousands of deaths of men and women.
Many women faced abuse. But people were no more allowed to take it. They prepared themselves for fighting the army that had invaded. With the support of the Indian government, many cornmon people fought up against them. They started an independence war. Therefore, it is a struggle for Bangladeshi independence. after a difficult nine-month struggle.
Bangladesh becomes an independent country. However, it caused the lives of more than 30 lakh people. Many academics from the country were murdered. Many schools and universities were also destroyed along with hundreds of societies. Our air travel, water, and land transport systems were all stopped. Our independence day is on March 26 and we are now a free country. It is an important day in the history of our country.

Every year, the nation celebrates the day with amazing fervor and passion. It's an official holiday. There are 31 gunshots to begin the day. The President and the Prime Minister present floral wreaths at the National Museum in Savar in the early hours of the morning on behalf of the country. There are also protests and celebrations there which attract people from all walks of life.
A professionally dressed a procession of various defense equipment as well as many cultural events can be observed around the country. At lots of mosques, temples, and churches, special prayers are offered in memory of the independence struggle soldiers. All major governmental buildings are lit up with colorful lighting in the evening.
